Terms of Use

We'd Match provides social connection and educational content. It does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use this service where you live. You are responsible for complying with local law.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Community conduct

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or deceive others. Do not publish illegal content, intimate content without consent, spam, malware, or material that infringes another person's rights.

Cannabis and safety

Do not use the platform to buy, sell, distribute, or arrange delivery of cannabis or controlled substances. Do not drive impaired. Product and educational content is not medical advice; consult a qualified professional about health decisions.

Member interactions

We do not guarantee member identity, conduct, compatibility, or safety. Use judgment, keep early conversations on-platform, meet in public, tell someone your plans, and contact emergency services when necessary.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and grant We'd Match a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to anything you upload.

Enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or preserve information when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Service availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without warranties, and liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the preceding twelve months.
