We'd Match is an adults-only social platform. This policy describes the current product; it does not claim end-to-end encryption or third-party identity verification.

Information we collect

We collect account identifiers supplied through sign-in, profile information you choose to provide, compatibility and lifestyle responses, messages, community posts, photos and stories, connections, RSVPs, saved items, and basic product activity needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate members, provide matching and social features, maintain safety and security, personalize recommendations, troubleshoot the service, and communicate about your account.

Visibility and sharing

Profile and community information may be visible to signed-in members as indicated in the product. Private messages and snaps are limited by account-based access controls. We use service providers, including hosting and authentication providers, to operate the platform. We do not authorize them to use member data for unrelated purposes.

Retention and deletion

Stories and snaps are designed to expire after 24 hours, though operational backups may persist temporarily. Other records remain until deleted, no longer needed, or the account is removed, subject to security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can edit profile information and submit or cancel an account-deletion request in the app. To request access, correction, export, or other privacy assistance, contact digitalmanagementtechnologies@gmail.com.

Security

We use authentication, database access policies, private media storage, and transport encryption. No online service can guarantee absolute security; protect your account and report suspicious activity.

Adults only

The service is intended only for people age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date or an in-product notice.
